Makoto and Haru (Free!)

Finally free from exams (no puns intended in there XD), here's a new fan art OuO It's Makoto Tachibana and Haruka Nanase from Free! (the swimming anime) //MakoHaru!! XDD //slapped  copied from an original art!

So about Makoto's hair, I couldn't find the right shade, so I used brown instead OvO; I think it's a bit near to the actual color instead of using other colors
Aaand about that hideous background, it actually started in an accident when I suddenly spilled white correction fluid on makoto's shoulder. I wanted to make it sparkly and bubbly, but it ended up like this. XDD //So let's just all pretend that it is abstract. A very messy one.  

Now I'm not really sure myself if this is some improvement or it looks plain crappy XDD  

I'd appreciate it very much if you comment on what you think and tell me what I need to improve. ^-^
